Govt Affairs/HR Manager

As the Govt Affairs/HR Manager, my responsibilities include leading the HR department and handling all regulatory compliance, legal issues and customer complaints through the BBB, Attorney General offices and CFPB.

In 2004, I started working at Time Investment as a part-time data enterer in the Accounts Receivable Department. Over the next few years, I was promoted to an Accounts Receivable Manager and then eventually HR Manager in 2011. In 2012, I began handling state licensing and my position evolved into a Govt Affairs/HR Manager.

What I enjoy most about Time Investment is the positive energy and fast-moving environment of the company. I enjoy doing luncheons and simple things like handing out candy bars on Fridays to staff. Our staff is truly important to me and I want to make sure they have a positive and fun work environment.

My husband and I have 5 children, three who are married, and currently 7 grandchildren. I really enjoy spending time with our family and cabin up north. I love to read, listen to music, hike and sit around a good campfire with family.
